A seasoned USCG Licensed Master and Assessor, Captain Jack brings over 43 years of hands-on boating and leadership experience on vessels large and small. As a former president of the Maritime Education Standards Council (MESC), he is committed to raising the bar in maritime instruction. Certified to teach a full range of USCG-approved courses—including OUPV, Master upgrades, BRM, HELM, Advanced Firefighting, and more—he delivers expert, practical training throughout Alabama, Florida, and Mississippi.
